Role & Impact:
At Halflife Digital in Albuquerque, NM, I supervised dailies operations for multiple television series and feature films. Serving as the primary point of contact between the Creative Director, studio executives, and set, I ensured continuous, reliable operations.
My responsibilities encompassed overseeing dailies encoding and secure delivery via Aspera and cloud platforms, alongside meticulously managing physical drive shipments, camera and sound media handoffs, and LTO tape backups. I was instrumental in implementing media management systems and chain-of-custody tracking systems for assets, as well as training dailies technicians to follow efficient transcoding and syncing workflows.
I consistently collaborated across departments, including production, editorial, and vendors, to troubleshoot technical challenges, optimize delivery times, and maintain operational excellence.
